Please view our returns form here, you will need to print this out and include it within your return.

We are committed to making returns quick and hassle-free. We strongly advise that you return your item(s) by recorded or tracked delivery. If you are returning an item from outside the United Kingdom, it is very important to follow the international return instructions on this page.

You have 14 days from when you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return an item(s), and you have 28 days from when you receive your order to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund.

  1. Notify us that you are returning your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Complete the returns form on the other page, using the table to carefully note each style you are returning, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
  3. Once completed, return your package via recorded / tracked delivery to the returns
    address listed below.

RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURN

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. We also notify you once your exchange has been dispatched / your refund has been issued.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM

If you are making a return or exchange from outside the United Kingdom, it is very
important to follow the instructions when sending the package back to our head office:

  • Label the contents of the parcel as ‘RETURN OF CLOTHING + Your original tracking
    number’
  • If you are given the option, choose the category as ‘RETURN’ or ‘RETURNED
    GOODS’
  • Please declare the value of each item as £5.
